Scott Kolod, a partner at the firm, brings more than 30 years of insurance defense experience. Scott has taken over 100 jury trials to verdict. After decades representing the other side, Scott knows how insurance companies think, how they defend injury claims, and how they attempt to minimize value. Today, that experience is used exclusively to benefit injured clients.
